Reading for a good cause: Donation campaign of the NTNM library at the Open Day
On the Open Day of the Saarland University on Saturday, 13.05.2023, the NTNM library presents itself for visitors with a donation action.
Already for the third time, the library staff organizes a book bazaar for a charitable purpose on Saturday, 13.05.2023. Discarded library science and technology reference books and private book donations will be offered in exchange for a voluntary donation.
The book offering includes books that have been discarded from the NTNM Library collection as well as private book donations to the NTNM Library. All books are color-coded, together with a recommendation for the donation amount between a minimum of 1,00 € and a maximum of 10,00 € / book.
This year we will hand over the entire donation proceeds to Aktion Deutschland Hilft. Aktion Deutschland Hilft is an alliance of many renowned aid organizations and provides on-site aid for the people affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
The NTNM library team appreciates your interest in the campaign and your numerous donations.
