The NTNM library is closed on the following public holidays in MayDetails… 
Under the motto New Tunes New Mates, a concert series will begin on Friday, 26.04.2024, in the NTNM library. From 18:00 to approx. 20:00, the group META will transform our library (Campus C6 2) into a concert hall. Join us and start the weekend with music.
The series is organized by a student team from the Institute of Musicology with Jule Ritterbusch, Pascal Schmolenzky, Samu Seltmann and Johanna Grüter.

All you can read! We have also expanded our offering for the life sciences with the 2024 SpringerNature e-book Collection Biomedical & Life Science.
We expect around 680 titles in this package for the year 2024, which will be published successively and permanently listed in our library catalog, where they can be searched and accessed in full text. The first titles are already available on the SpringerNature publisher's website.
The content is accessible to researchers of the INM - Leibniz Institute for New Materials within the IP area of the INM (unlimited access, pdf download, without DRM restrictions). University users can use the content on a walk-in basis within the premises of the NTNM library.

As of 01.01.2024, the NTNM library has signed a license agreement for Springer Protocols. SpringerProtocols is the world’s largest database of reproducible biomedical and life science laboratory protocols. It comprises approx. 74,000 data records. Approximately 4,500-5,000 protocols are added annually.Details…
With a license to the SpringerMaterials database, we offer members of the UdS and the INM a comprehensive collection of data on the physical and chemical properties of materials from all fields of physics, chemistry, engineering and materials science as well as related disciplines in 2024. In addition to materials science data, SpringerMaterials also contains data on astronomy and astrophysics, atomic and nuclear physics, biophysics, geophysics, molecules and radicals, condensed matter and physical chemistry.Details…
