Where can university members in Saarland get vaccinated?

From now on, anyone who wants to get vaccinated can register for a vaccination appointment via the Saarland vaccination portal. You can select the vaccine, the vaccination centre and the date on which you will get vaccinated. In particular, you can now register for a vaccination appointment if you are a student at one of the following higher education institutions: Saarland University, htw saar (University of Applied Sciences), hfm Saar (Universities of Music Saar), HBKsaar (University of Art and Design Saar) , Fachhochschule für Verwaltung (FHSV), Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement (DHfPG) or one of the cooperative education institutions (Berufsakademien) in Saarland.

Due to the geographical proximity to the universities, you can get vaccinated at the vaccination centre in Saarbrücken (Am Schanzenberg). For this purpose, students can get vaccinated in the vaccination centre in the months of July, August and September, and although the centre will officially be closed by the end of September, it will remain open for students for the first two weeks of October. All of the important information for students in Saarland is contained in the the Ministry of Health’s information flyer.

In addition, vaccination appointments can also be made with general practitioners and specialists (Fachärzte).
